This Week’s Adventures: We were a-buzz learning about flowers and pollinators this week. We made beautiful recycled flower bouquets in honor of Mother’s Day. We also planted our very own sunflower house! We continued to explore the meadow in search of beetles, butterflies, grasshoppers, bees – and the occasional hawk or frog!

Try this at Home: Go outside on a sunny day and observe a flowering plant. How many different kinds of flies, bees, and butterflies can you count? Look closely – some flies are mimicking bees!
