This Week’s Adventures: We took one amazing, bumpy ride in the hay wagon with Mr. Wally this week! We searched for snakes and stumbled upon mayapple along the way. Miss Laura visited our classroom with the Eastern Kingsnake and Hognose snake much to our delight. We used our fingerprints to create snakes along with paper towel snakes for outdoor play. We even measured snake skin to see who was tallest. It was a slithery week of fun!

Try this at Home: Play a game of “Don’t Break the Snake”. It’s like tag, only each kid that gets tagged joins up with the tagger to become a big snake. (If you can’t follow along with this explantion, your kid will set you straight when you play!)
