This Week’s Adventures: We focused on getting to know one another, our classroom and trails, and routines at The Nature Preschool.
Favorite Activities: We loved sharing our Me Bags with new friends and teachers. We also practiced writing our names on summer leaves for the giant tree in the Mud Room. It was fun learning our catchy little welcome song – we’ll be singing it all year! We had fun counting and sorting acorns and nuts on the trail. Each class selected a favorite “class tree” outdoors and measured its circumference. We also practiced writing the letter “t” for trail!

Try this at home: Look for leaves that are NOT green. How many can you find? Line up those rainbow leaves to make a giant snake!
