Nature Preschool was so excited for Earth week! We celebrated mud, water, wildlife and the wonderful weather Mother Earth provides us with! We touch on concepts such as erosion, run off, pollution prevention and the watershed. The families joined us in the middle of our week for an Earth Day hike. The children and teachers led them to the various stream spots on Irvine’s property. We gently turned over rocks and observed aquatic wildlife, water, silt and mud with recycled containers!
