Come join Mira and Phillip in a 1.5 hour event that invites the healing powers of nature to improve mental health and wellbeing through the practices of yoga and mindful walking. Come plant seeds of presence that will bloom in all aspects of life. This event will include yoga/mindful movement and a guided, nature-informed mindfulness walk. It will conclude with a final sharing circle. No experience is needed. This is a donation-based event, with a sliding scale suggested donation of $20-$60. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, lawn chair or cushion, and a water bottle with a warm drink. Age 16+ All are welcome.
