November’s Volunteer of the Month is the sensational Nadia Augen!
Nadia was nominated by Beth Lacey Gill, Irvine’s Director of Marketing, Communications & Rentals. In her nomination note, Beth Lacey Wrote:
“Rather than wait until her fall semester started, she began her internship over the summer. From the start, Nadia was punctual, eager and inquisitive. She made big progress on a number of design projects, including a very important multi-floored map of our building that will guide visitors to exits, extinguishers and first aid in the event of an emergency. Her work has been praised by the staff, and even Board members!”
Nadia has asked to extend her internship beyond the hours she needs to complete for her class, so Irvine will get to work with her for even longer!
