Last week, 10 students from St. Timothy’s ESL Camp visited Irvine for an afternoon of community service! The girls worked in Irvine’s Outdoor Classroom. Their task was to add extra mulch below “jump-off points” for kids. To choose the spots, the girls looked for places it might be fun to jump off of! They picked spots under trees, logs, or any other high points. They added a layer of at least 6 inches of mulch to make for a squishy landing. This project made the classroom much safer for our final few weeks of camp. Thank you to the girls of St. Timothy’s ESL Camp!
