Irvine is hosting a free professional development class called the Elementary Environmental Leader series Saturday mornings in March, 2014. Discover how incorporating Environmental Education (EE) into your instruction using the 5E model can benefit your students and your school. After participating in fun, hands-on activities from Project WILD, Project WET, and Project Learning Tree, you’ll get to keep all 3 curriculum and activity guides to help you incorporate EE into your lessons. You’ll also discover the benefits of your school becoming a certified Maryland Green School and using the outdoors as a classroom.
