It’s here! The school year has started up again and the Eco-Explorers afterschool club is back! Students at Garrison Forest school delved into the topic of Biodiversity, learning about different local plants and animals and how they work together in an ecosystem. On our Biodiversity hunt we discovered giant worms, millipedes, squirrels, mushrooms, and trees! Students were excited to identify different species and learn about their unique adaptations.
Biodiversity is one of the many exciting topics for students to choose from in Eco-Explorers! We are excited to try new themes this year including Fantastic Fossils, Outer Space, and Renewable Energy! Don’t forget to sign up!
