Sunset Sound Bath with Herbal Tea Tasting

Join us for a sound bath and herbal tea tasting with Lionel Matthews from Tranquility Sound Therapy and community herbalist Kate Galarza. The night will begin with the sound bath as the practitioner utilizes crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums and the natural sounds of nature as tools to bring the mind and body to a blissful meditative state. Following the sound bath session, participants will enjoy 5 calming and nourishing single-plant herbal teas to continue the night of relaxation. We’ll use our senses to experience the infusions and discuss the therapeutic actions of each plant. Be sure to carve out some time to nourish YOURSELF so you can nourish the loved ones around you. Age 16+ No experience necessary. All are welcome.
