Late Summer Foraging

Take an easy hike around Irvine to see the meadow in its late summer glory. Discover how to safely harvest wild plants for both food and medicine as we discuss their uses and benefits. Then relax as we brew teas (hot and iced) to taste as we discuss how to prepare and store leaves, flowers and fruits. Age 18+ Great for anyone interested in learning to forage – all skill levels welcome.
