Do you love the Chesapeake Bay area as much as we do? The crabs! The boats! The boh’s! The beautiful springtime sun reflecting off the crystal clear water!
Then join Irvine Nature Center for this year’s Project Clean Stream clean up event! We will be cleaning up the area surrounding Irvine on April 15, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. We could use a few good volunteers to help with the cause.
Want to clean up but can’t make it to Irvine? No problem! Become a site captain and clean up your local school, neighborhood, or place of employment. Site captains recruit volunteers for their clean-up, lead volunteers the day of the event, and turn in the site’s clean up results. Clean-ups can be held any time during the month of April, and all supplies are provided by Irvine Nature Center and the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay.
